Booking Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
The cancellation policy applies to all vacations organized by Catch A Trip from [Insert Effective Date]. Customers eligible for refunds will receive their amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the respective suppliers process the refund, whichever is later. For cancellations made during the trip, refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the customer’s return date or when the supplier processes the refund, whichever is later.
The cancellation policy for flights, hotels, trains, and car rentals is governed by the rules and regulations of the respective service provider. For activities and transfers, payments are non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure. Please note that our service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Flights marked as “Non-Refundable” in the final travel vouchers are not eligible for refunds. For flights marked as “Refundable” in the final travel vouchers, refunds will be processed as per the details in the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and the final itinerary sent via email. Refunds for flights may vary due to fluctuations in international exchange rates. Catch A Trip is not responsible for grounded, canceled, or delayed flights, and cancellation requests for such flights must be placed directly with the airline, with refunds depending on the airline’s processing timeline. Customers must ensure their passport has at least one year of validity and is in good condition, as Catch A Trip is not liable for refunds if customers are denied boarding due to invalid passports. Customers are advised to reach the airport at least two hours prior to boarding. Catch A Trip is not responsible for missed flights due to delayed arrival at the airport when airport transfers are not planned by us. If airport transfers are planned by Catch A Trip, we are not liable for flight cancellations caused by delayed transfers due to unforeseen regional circumstances. Additional costs for excess baggage exceeding airline limits must be borne by the customer at check-in. For airlines with mandatory web check-in policies (e.g., Ryanair, Vueling), failure to comply may incur additional charges at the airport, which will not be refunded by Catch A Trip. While meal preferences can be requested with airlines, Catch A Trip has no control over the availability or quality of meals served on flights.
Hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” in the final travel vouchers are not eligible for refunds. For refundable hotels, refunds will be processed as per the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and the final itinerary sent via email. Refunds for hotels may vary based on international exchange rates. While Catch A Trip strives to offer world-class accommodations, it is not responsible for factors such as staff behavior, cleanliness, or room quality. Additional costs for on-trip room upgrades or amenities will be borne by the customer. Changes made to hotels during the trip, such as cancellations of originally booked hotels and booking of new ones, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests are at the discretion of the hotel, and refunds will not be processed if such requests are unavailable.
Activity/Experiences marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers are not eligible for any refunds. Refundable activities will be processed in accordance with the “Cancellation Policy” outlined in the product details and the final itinerary shared via email. Refund amounts for activities and experiences may be subject to fluctuations in international exchange rates.

Catch A Trip acts as a facilitator for visa applications and provides guidance on visa formalities and documentation. The final decision to grant or reject a visa lies solely with the respective embassy, and Catch A Trip is not responsible for rejected applications. Visa fees are non-refundable in cases of rejection or unforeseen changes to visa formalities during the processing phase. Insurance purchased through Catch A Trip is non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
